How does the Cirkul system work?
Cirkul uses a specialized bottle and flavor cartridges called Sips. As you drink, water flows from the bottle through the Sip, where it mixes with flavor. You can adjust the dial to control the intensity of your flavor.
How long does one flavor cartridge last?
On average, one Sip cartridge can flavor approximately six 22-ounce bottle fill-ups when set to a medium dial setting (around 4 or 5).
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Due to the consumable nature of our flavor cartridges, we cannot accept returns on opened Sips. However, if your bottle or starter kit is defective, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Are Cirkul flavors sugar-free?
Yes, many of our flavor lines, including LifeSip and FitSip, are sugar-free, contain zero calories, and use no artificial colors. Check the specific nutritional label on each product page for details.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can easily manage, pause, or cancel your flavor subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard and selecting the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab.
