Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cirkul account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened Sip cartridges or unused bottles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
